The Fit's Cool School Challenge offers a way for two schools to win money. The elementary and middle school with the most points accumulated by running in the TD Bank Reedy River 10K, 5K or Youth Mile will each receive a donation of $500.

2019 Recap & Results
The 2019 Edition of the Greenville Track Club's FIT'S COOL School Challenge had Woodland Elementary School repeating as champion of the Elementary School competition with a total of 278 points (27 students + 4 adults).
In the Middle School category Tanglewood also repeated as champion with 90 points.
Both Woodland Elementary and Tanglewood Middle schools received a $500 donation from the Greenville Track Club in conjunction with the TD Bank Reedy River Run.

2018 Recap & Results
The 2018 Edition of the Greenville Track Club's FIT'S COOL School Challenge produced two new winning schools in the Elementary and Middle School categories. In the Elementary School category, Woodland Elementary was victorious with a total of 444 points, 132 points more than its total in 2017 when it placed second to Paris Elementary. Monarch Elementary was second this year with a total of 370 points (which was an increase of 168 points over 2017). Woodland's point total was boosted by having 43 students finish one of the three races in the 41st TD Bank Reedy River Run (10K, 5K or Youth Mile). AJ Whittenburg placed third with 266 points. In the Middle School category it was once again a close contest between Tanglewood and RIverside, with Tanglewood winning by 28 points. Both schools had 14 students finish one of the races, but Tanglewood won by having 23 adults also finish. Greenville Middle Academy was third with 132 points.
